Hello,
I have about 20 Silkies free range and they all have been going into their coop at dusk.
Almost always they have to fight to get in since the first few who get in usually stand near the small coop opening to look outside as the others come in.
The last few days several of the silkies have just been staying outside the coop in the small ramp and Ive had to push them in myself.
Any have any ideas of how to encourage the chickens inside to move to the rest of the coup and not block the entrance and/or encourage the few silkies left outside to 'push around/figh't to get in like before?
thank you
p.s. the coop has enough space for them and good ventilation
