Silkies Don’t eat treats!

hi! I have 7 week old silkies! They eat their regular food wine and drink regular water.
But they will not eat anything besides their feed!
Anybody have any tips on what to do?

They really don't need anything else although you just need to keep providing it and soon enough they will try something? What are you trying?

So far I tried watermelon, lettuce and corn. They have not eaten tried it

Jest keep trying it's not a bad thing they only like the appropriate food..

I just got a couple silkies (a cockerel and a chick) myself and I have noticed they don't eat their treats either. So yours aren't the only ones.

Mine will eat bread crumbs. I just break off a few little pieces off of the soft part, not the crust itself. The silkies are smaller than my Naked Neck's are and have the smaller mouth's, so for them I break it up small enough for the beaks to handle.

Ah! I just tried bread crumbs and some corn , they loved it!

They really like the wet feed, and think that's a treat. It help's them in the heat also, by getting them more hydrated. Mine are a bit older than your's are right now and I have them separated my larger Naked Neck's, but whenever the silkies see me giving something to the Naked Neck's, they make some racket wanting some too.
