My only problem with that is the banana paste says it’s expired. Mom said medicine can sometimes be used after its expiration date, but when we looked it up, it said it’s better to not use this. I’m not sure if she already threw it away or not.
All this stuff is stressing me out. They wouldn’t have gotten sick if my ag teacher had let me move them into the coop where her chickens were a few weeks ago. But no, instead they had to be stuck in a tiny coop with their own crap as bedding practically.
I don’t want to blame her, but my friend and I had talked to her about this sorta stuff multiple times and she did nothing.

Don’t worry about the expiration date. Those have to placed on all meds for regulation purposes. But I have used expiry dates meds with my horses and they were fine. Heck half my meds I have are over expiry!

Use the banana paste (sorry have missed this conversation been busy at work), it will be fine.

Ok I am off to catch up on stuff here ♥️

@TOMTE Is the narrow height a new model? I haven’t seen that before. Cozy Products makes a taller one, 23”long x13” high, and it uses a bit more watts, 200. I have a few of those.

I think it’s a new model, I seem to have read that on their site.

The ones I just purchased are also 200watts, but also have a lower 100watts setting.

I have a bottle of Corid, although I think it’s pretty old. The stuff is VERY different from corid.
I just don’t know if I should treat all three chicks with medicine (in which case I would use Corid), or if I should just treat Taffy, in which case I would just use the yellow banana stuff.)
I remember the vet saying not to use both at the same time…

The yellow banana stuff is likely any antibiotic. There should be a name and dosage on the bottle.

It might be sulphatrim. Or amoxicillin.

Both NavyBeans and Periwinkle are broody.
We have over a foot and a half of snow.
I keep popping them down into the snow to cool their broody bellies but they don't seem to care.

I swear, if Delft goes broody it will be all three of those blue satin sisters. They'll get their chance in spring!!!
