Silkies hatched

Our silkies finished hatching today. We now have about 21 chicks. I was in the "baby room" vacuuming, and my wife noticed one of the chicks not moving well. She picked it up and noticed that the left leg is really stiff. It is bent at the joint and won't straighten out. Any suggestions on what this might be and if it is correctable?

If you look closely, the left leg will not extend. It is almost like it is frozen in place. I hope this pic helps.

Is the joint swollen or when you feel the tendon does it feel like it is slipped?

The leg cannot bend at all. It is stiff as a board. The joint has some swelling, however, it has been this way since the chick hatched.
