ok.....clearly it's "off label" but how often do you treat? If you can't eat the eggs for 30 days after applying?? On the pet it's intended for, you are supposed to treat every 30 days. You would never be able to eat the eggs. Also how did you come to use the dog frontline as opposed to the cat and do you go by the poundage? Do you always buy the dose for the smallest dog? I am not trying to grill you-if it works it almost sounds too good to be true-but I don't want to kill my birds. My DD accidently used Frontline for dogs once on our cat and killed him. It WASN T pretty. Thanks!

It should be reapplied every 30 days, so you really wouldn't be able to eat the eggs. It's not the Frontline in the dropper, its the one in the spray bottle. You just apply a couple drops to each area.
Eggs cannot be eaten for 30 days following treatment.
Since Frontline is not labeled for use with poultry there is of course no withdrawl recommendation on the label. How then did you determine this 30 day withdrawl period?
Where is the best place to buy the unrefined coconut oil & is it a liquid or a cream? Is unrefined the same as virgin and/or organic? I'd like to give this a try but want to make sure I get the right thing. Thanks!
Decent sized grocery stores, boutique food shops (organic, Trader Joe's) and co-ope generally carry it. Around here, its sold in the Asian food section.

any store selling south asian foods (east indian) has both creamed coconut oil and refined. The Real Canadian Superstore in BC carries it for example...
