Silkies - Hen or Roo?

My silkies are just shy of 9 weeks old. The gray/blue one looks and acts like a pullet but am unsure about the black one. Would love some opinions or even guesses. Thanks a bunch.

the black one looks like a roo. the other is a pullet.

Thank you for responding. Is it the comb that makes you think that? Any other clues?

its hard with silkies so i just look at combs.
