silkie's neck bent downwards? HELP!!!

about 4 weeks ago I hatched 14 silkies, none of them had any problems up until now.. one of the chicks is curling its neck downwards and is not able to lift it. none of the others seem to have any problems except for this one. help??????

Could you add pictures? How long has the chick been unable to lift its head? btw I hatched silkies about 4 weeks ago too.

. Sounds like Wry Neck. You will need to add vitamin E to the birds waterer.

she's been acting sort of weird for a day or two, but she wasn't holding her head permanently like this until just today.. here are the pictures I took of her:

hmm has it hatch sayfly that may be the case has it been fully developed
