I am just in love with Oliver Mongfoot... he turns 6 months old on July 20th and is getting pretty big for a silkie, I don't know where he gets it from!

He's already bigger than his parents and not done growing

Not only sweet, but turning into one gorgeous boy

Anyone else have a silkie with this coloring?

It's allowed to show off, yes?

Aria, I think he's some sort of dark buff... he has black feathers in his tail & wings though.

He is also bearded but the girls have plucked him naked

Can't wait to see what he looks like in a few more months - what a wookie :-D

Definitely a buff, and not a dark buff, but a properly coloured one (excluding the dark feathers).

Trying to get a color for this guy, but no luck yet. Not many post so far on him, I guess because he is hard to put a color to maybe. Thought for sure someone could help out. Of course critiques are welcome. I posted his father's offspring on the other post, I'm hoping he produces the nice offspring that his father does, since they look a whole lot alike. He doesn't look Calico, doesn't look partridge............................... My post is "Calling all silkie breeders what color would you call this guy?"
