Silkies! Possible rooster? Insane color change??

I have 4 Silkie chickes and they are all fairly the same age except for the youngest (by 1 week) who had a slow start.
This is peaches who I am thinking is a rooster. It suddenly developed this huge comb on it beak and the others don't have it yet. He is also the biggest and bossiet!

Nutmeg. Who I'm thinking pullet.

Bo peep with some insane Mohawk action going on. Also thinking pullet.

And peppercorn who isn't really a peppercorn anymore because suddenly he has all these brown feathers???!?!? I've never seen anything like this before. He was all
Black as a little chick. Any idea where his color is going??

Any other pictures of peppercorn? and Peaches does look to be a rooster to my limited knowledge, I am a tad iffy on Peppercorns gender, but I am very curious on the colour, could be some sort of partridge :3
