That's what my roo Muffin did. He even had some buff within the gray color as well.

Chicks mother Zelda look like that as a chick I thought she was a calico, one of the reasons I kept her! Though she is still sweet and gorgeous as a white chicken!

This was the old Silkie rooster that came with the farm I purchased last year. He was so docile and pretty, although scared of people. Even though I only owned him for a few months, I got attached quickly. He was killed by an unknown predator last summer. I found him in the chicken yard with no head.... Heartbreaking... I only saw him try to breed once or twice so I think he was pretty old and probably not very fertile anymore.
