Silkies

I got these silkies for a family member at tsc. They do not have the same build as her silkies. Is this non bearded silkies pr maybe a cross? They also do not have feathers on their feet.

Well i guess we are done buying chicks from tsc. 4 out of the 5 apear to be roosters. Told they were silkies started with feathers on feet no longer have any and feathers were not full as chicks like her chicks that are a week or too younger. We had suspicions that there were not full but then i started to google nonbearded and some do look similar to this but google is a terrible referencing guide for something like this
