I was wondering why most hatchery silkie chickens look beardless?? Do they come bearded???

Yes, they come bearded. Most hatcheries carry both bearded and non-bearded, however the quality of the parent stock is pet quality and that is typically what they produce.

Most hatcheries that I have seen it doesnt say if they are bearded or not bearded..
