I am in the same boat as you, except i am having a hard time finding quality splash silkies. I have ordered eggs and swapped for eggs. They all did not develop or turned poor quality. I have an excellent splash roo, that has won great, but finding a quality hen or hatching quality eggs is getting on my last nerve;.
 
I have 0/14 from shipped eggs going into lockdown from my last batch of shipped eggs. I did just yesterday find eggs to try again with.
