Chickens don't really need a bath unless sick, really dirty, or getting ready for a show. However, if there is a reason that you want to bathe your silkie, as soon as they are fully feathered should be fine.

Silkies are prone to getting muddy feet, but the rest of them should be just fine.

You could wash their feet sometimes if you wanted, to help prevent problems like toe-nail loss from mud or droppings getting stuck to them. My silkies seem to lose toes because of this.
