This is Fancy Nancy. I believe I have a picture of her in the incubator right after she hatched, but I'll have to dig for that. She is such a sweetheart. Her "sister" is a LF Cochin/Turken mix. They're inseparable. It's pretty cute because Fancy Nancy is little and Victoria, her "sister", is so big.
I don't have as many pictures of my other Silkies because I purchased them from TSC.
Not much to see here as far as colors go. My apologies

Please pardon the dirty floor. The birds had been dust bathing and came inside to shake off 😂
What a contrast in color from chick to adult.

I would love for you silky lovers to post pictures of your chicks and then when they turned into a chicken. Its so I and other curious people can see what color variations are out there. How their colors develop and change. Thank you!
I am loving all the posts. It is Amazing how a chick can start out one color or colors and end up something completely different than what you would have expected.
Keep them coming!!!

Layla, splash bearded Silkie. She was silvery-white as a chick.

I have a very tiny whit chick. I am hoping she makes it. I looked at her and thought ,"boy your getting dirty". I think its some gray tinge in her fluff. Maybe she will turn that beautiful gray/white like yours. Time will tell
