Silkie-cross chicks usually have a crest, an extra toe, maybe a beard, and a silkie-style comb. When the other parent has normal feathers (not silkie type), then the chicks usually have normal feathers as well.
The chicks might have black skin like silkies, or they might not (black skin is more likely if the silkie is the father, and less likely if the silkie is the mother.)
With one parent being a Jersey Giant, the chicks are probably going to be black, although there is a chance of other colors depending on what genes are inherited from the silkie parent. A paint or blue or cuckoo silkie will probably produce some chicks of its own color when bred to a Jersey Giant.
