I know they are not meat birds but anyone ever eat a Silky Roo? I have one I have to cull soon and as much as it hurts my heart we are going to eat him. At least he had a great 20 weeks right vs the chicken I usually buy from the store right? So Do I need to cook this bird any different? Probably not gonna have a lot of meat on him will he? The first cull is always the hardest isnt it? The next one will be easier?
