Do you have support for this claim?

I've been breeding chickens for a while and never YET heard or experienced THAT one, and THINK it's inaccurate but never stop learning.

My experience has been identical to yours.

I do understand , I'm holding out for a sizzle, my 1st silky came to me injured at my work (veterinary) I didn't have heart to put it down for being beat up by flock, so I raised it in my bathroom to recover, my others I ordered and had vaccinated, so far so good, the 2nd was thru a friend of friend kinda thing, and they did give me a female next round to make up for error. They didn't come from breeder, small flock, but I did quarantine , their over 1 now
