I recently got 4 silikies and like you are very curious as to their sex the woman that I got them from said the same thing they are tough to tell just gonna have to wait.. so I started doing some digging around & came across this link that was extremely helpful.. I don't know if it's 100% or not but it was very easy to tell the differnce & if all goes right I should have 1 roo & 3 ladies.. which im very happy about & it kinda makes sense because the 1 that i'm assuming is a roo definetley is bigger than the others & the fluff on top his head is much bigger than the others.
Not an epert by any means but thought i'd pass along the link so y'all can check it for yourselves!!

I checked the site and checked my chick. Idk if my baby is still just real small or maybe older since it did say to do it early. My chick is going on 2 weeks old. I can't really tell what I'm looking at since it is so dark. It looks kinda straight but I'm not sure. haha. Good luck with yours. I was very lucky to find the one that I have. I'm praying for a pullet.

I wetted down their head made them all look like The Fonz lol

it seemed to make it easier to see the whole thing.. mine was 2 weeks old when I ot them also..the dh & I were just saying we can't get over how fast they are growing! Thanks good luck with yours as well keep us posted!!

size does not really matter the girl i got my silkies from she had big hens and smaller roos so size does not always matter ... i have 2 silkies left but i had 4 and they all looked like girls and people said they were girls as they got older me and my friend who i got the silkies from started to figure out she was a he
