Silly Guinea - in mortal danger

I have a pair of Guineas. Earlier this year the hen hatched out some eggs in old calf hutch in sheep pasture. I took the keets away from her after she kept losing them here and there and sold them.
So, now a month later she is sitting on another clutch. However, this time she is a ways away - close to the corn field where the fox like to hang out waiting for birds to pass by. (I've seen him at it). I want to take the eggs away and put in incubator.
1. Should i just pop them all in the incubator or should i candle them? it's only been about 2 weeks...

2. How do you think she will react? I'm sure I will have to fend her off while I'm taking them, but will she just quickly forget?

Take the eggs! Otherwise you will lose her for sure. Chase her off the nest before trying to get the eggs. I've had to do this fairly often and the hens don't like it but they get over it in a day or two.
If she has been on them 2 weeks you should candle the eggs before putting them in the incubator. It will be obvious if there are keets in the eggs. Good luck.
