Silly question

EE's don't always lay green or blue eggs. I have three that lay pale to medium brown eggs. That's the nature of them being a mutt breed.

that is really good to know. I thought they (ee's) only laid greenish blue eggs. Mine lay greenish blue so that was an education.

How long have you had them? Did you receive them as day old chicks from a hatchery?

A friend got them as day-olds at the feedstore and I got them a few weeks later from her. She is my favorite chicken of all that I have.
