Silver appleyard not swimming

Hello everyone new member here, I'm worried about my Silver Appleyard Matilda. She is a very heavy duck and since we have owned her she has never got into either of our two ponds and does not appear to actually swim.I am worried about what effects this may have and if this is common with this breed? The home she came from did not have a pond. I have attached a picture of her any help advice would be appreciated

How long have you had her? Do you have other ducks with her? She is very cute

I've had her for 1 year this month. She is housed with other ducks I have 9 in total some of which are her ducklings. All the others swim but are not Silver Appleyards, she's the heaviest out of the bunch. She was abit of a rescue I've attached a picture of her before I owned her I believe she never had a pond in her previous home
