Silver Bantam...

Well I am pretty sure she is a she, but have no clue as to the breed.
It has leg color similar to my EE's...and the face muffs or tuffs...I'm not sure what they are called
It dont crow and has yet to lay an egg at 9 months...so I am lost
Can the experts help me?

You can tell, not only because that is a common color pattern, but she has muffs as well.

That would be an EE hen. And she has muffs, not tufts. Araucanas have the tufts.

EE hen. Mine looks JUST like her and I was on here not too long ago with pics of her asking because she was so different, but she hadn't crowed nor had she laid. Everyone told me different things, and a few weeks later she was giving me beautiful, healthy, GREEN eggs! Wow, she looks JUST like yours!

Try giving her a bit of a protein boost. You can accomplish this with feeding her any of a few things: cooked and cooled rolled oats (the real stuff, not instant), cooked and cooled eggs, and my high protein booster, calf manna. That is what got my lazy butt hens laying again and even my 19-week old Australorp pullet. She is looking red around the comb, so she is probably close to laying those EE eggs. Plus the days getting noticeably longer gets them going too.
