Silver duckwinged bantam with a puffed chest on one side??

My silver duckwinged bantam has a bigger breast on her right side. She has been like this for about a week. Is she sick? I'm worried.

Is it just a full crop? Check late at night and see if it's flatter. It should be empty at night, because they are not eating.

Full crop. Should fell firm but mushy firm unless the bird has had a lot of water.

Thanks for the responses. I wondered if that could be it, but I hadn't noticed this before and have had her since this April 2011. I noticed she had found and consumed some glass and wondered if she had crop or gizzard blockage from it. I'll check at night to see if it is flatter. Thanks all!!!
