Chad came riding over the hill. He was trotting,glad to be off for the day.

Cowboy perked his ears,but did not respond. Instead he kept mumbling.

Lyric stopped when she saw him and whinnied.She turned and dipped her head, then started back to to Cowboy

"And why would you feel responsible? I know what you meen about him, but I'll be fine. I'm just going to the forest-theres good grazeing there that I found the other day" She said, still not convinced

Caleb shrugged. "I don't know. It wouldn't be gentlemanly to let you go off by your self with that nut...with a crazy horse on the loose."

"I'm fine. Ish. Apart from the fact that at this rate I'm going to be seperated from my herd, and my friends" Sky replied, nuzzling Flynn

"Well I'm glad you're fine." Streak choked. "I'm going to go get a drink,maybe that will help." she rasped. Streak limped down to the creek and took a nice long drink. SHe had tripped in a hole and was unable to walk very good.

Chad stopped beside cowboy. He stepped off his horse and slowly walked over to the Cowboy. He gently touched his horse's leg and took a bottle out of his back pocket and poured it on the wound. Cowboy's eyes grew wide and he screeched and limped away. Chad had put whisky on the wound. It would kill the infection and purify the wound. It also made it hurt!

"Well, thank you for your concern, but I'm going. You can come if you want?" She asked

Caleb looked back at Flame thrower. "I want to come,but I can't leave Flame."

Cowboy flared his nostrils and looked at Chad with eyes wide. "Why did you do that!?!?!" But of course the cowhand couldn't understand.

Chad reached a hand over at Cowboy,but he limped away. "I'm sorry,boy. But it had to be done."

"Ok, I'll come back later" She trotted in the direction of Coffe and Candles herd

Caleb piped up. "Wait. One more thing. I know it's none of my bee's wax,but if you don't come back after a while,should I come looking for you?"
