Silver Laced polish pair

I have a pair of silver laced Polish chickens. They are 7 months old. The rooster has mated with other hens but not his hen. They hang out together but no real attachment. I've never gotten eggs from her. She doesn't act like a rooster. Do the Polish hens mature late or any ideas why the rooster don't "like" her

Her hormones are dormant and she isn't sending out signals that she's ready to start ovulating. While this is irrelevant for some roosters, others are "gentlemen" about respecting the signals the girls are putting out.

Be patient. She will start looking good to him once the days begin getting longer and her hormones get triggered.
