Silver laced Polish

I thought for sure Amy was really Amos, but now I am not so sure. How do you tell with a Silver laced Polish? We have a golden laced that looks just like her but different color, and he acts like a roo - HEAD of everything and everyone.

Here is a recent photo with their heads down eating lettuce

And here is an earlier shot head on.

S/he has the heavy metal look while two other Polish chicks have a soft lightly feathered look.

Here is Anna Elizabeth - I am pretty sure she is a pullet.

I think that the spiky rockstar crest means roo and the soft rounded crest means pullet.
Otherwise, there is no big red comb and wattles but I think polish take a while to develop

Hard to tell from the photos some head on photos would be best.

I agree its hard to tell. If I had to guess I would guess Roo it looks like the feathers on his head are getting pointy...

Really hard to tell on the Silver Laced. I'm fairly certain the light one is a female though.

Here's my Silver Laced at about that stage. Despite my instincts, the chick turned out to be a pullet.

Hahaha old thread - turns out Amy is a hen, Ruthie turned into Rudy, Anna Elizabeth is Andy, and Rosie is a hen. Sorry to say, Andy and Rudy now have new homes.
