Silver laced?

So we bought this chick about 2 weeks ago and was supposedly a silver laced wyandotte. But we have noticed the feathered feet and that is throwing us for a loop. Any help would be appreciated.

Any other guesses? Sent pictures to the place where we bought her and she was a bit baffled as well. Said it looked like wyandotte but they dont have feathered legs.

That does not look like lacing. Can you post photos of the chick standing naturally from the side and looking down on the back?

On a Cochin you should not be able to see the middle toe. I'm sure some hatchery quality birds would turn out this way though.

Silver laced Cochin. The lacing will improve as it gets older.

I suppose it could be a poor quality SL cochin. Those legs and feet are so bare.

Not surprising given its age, especially for a hatchery quality chick. I am sure she will still be a beautiful hen.
