If what she mentioned about the alpha possibly having a crush on him is true, I'd rather get to know him before he somehow becomes alpha, Shrike thought. "Should we go... see him?"

"Sure!" Dyra quickly responded. "Let's go get him!" She quickly took off looking for him because she was so excited. "Maybe if other wolves want him, he'll want to join." She thought to herself.

Shrike looked around awkwardly before turning to follow Dyra. But something caught his eye, "Dune!" He exclaimed, just now noticing him.

Dyra ran for quite a ways until she thought she caught Kokadjo's scent. "Kokadjo? You around?" She howled just before Shrike got to her.
