yours too, I'd love to see a pic of them, they are my all time favorite breed we've had them off and on for about 40 years and i can't imagine my life without them. I also have a mix breed who thinks she's a dachshund.

It is a buff or chocolate ripple. I bred other colors for a while and did some research but now I only breed the lavenders. I did come across this color shown on this thread quite often.

Your duck is very pretty.
I have one very similar to that color also.

I'm calling him buff. Shia the Buff. Does anyone have a picture of this color with the adult feathers? It's interesting, all of the ducks seem to have a lighter crest at this stage, at first I thought he was pied, but most of the pictures i have found have the same pattern.

Here he is now a bit older, the feathering looks a bit different.
