Silver .... no... Lilac....no... Silverlilac....

maybe old feathers... my silver pied drake looks like he is turning slightly brown. i don't know if there is a difference between lilac and blue fawn. your hen looks similar to my blue fawn hen ( that is what color i was told she is) but a lot lighter.

Tks! See your drake has a 'pink' bill and light color legs? I need to find that post that talked about the bills and legs determining what color to call them.... concerning lilac and silver. What if Sugar is a silver and Theodin is actually lilac or blue fawn.

i think i read silver is two doses of blue and blue fawn is one dose blue one dose chocolate. i don't know about lilac.

i am growing out some of my ducklings from my hen that have that silver drake or a blue drake for the sire. here are some photos.
