Silver or Golden Phoenix rooster?

My rooster is 3 months old. He supposed to be a silver Phoenix but doesn't look like one to me.

I agree, he doesn't look like a silver phoenix, but perhaps he just needs some time to grow into it. The tail, legs, shape, and comb/wattles all match a phoenix. Could he possibly be a mix between the two colors?

Thank you for your response. Yes, we think he's quite beautiful. He came from fertile eggs that I bought. He is supposed to be a silver Phoenix.
