Silver Partridge phoenix?

Phoenix aren't awfully common in my area and I just so happened to find someone selling this hen as a phoenix. However... I've never heard of Phoenix in silver Partridge, or Partridge at all. I'm almost sure she's a mix, but I'm just wondering what others think! I'm still looking into getting her to help start my phoenix flock since she could be helpful for my projects
