silver pied

This is my 4 month old Silver Pied Peacock...I believe he is male.

No they do not, I set about 14 eggs from one pen and 12 hatched and all were silver pied and most of those were female.. good year that year ,,,, connerhills
 
Here are a couple pictures from last summer. These are 2 of my silver chicks around 3 months old. I wish the pics were better quality, but they might help someone in the future. In the first picture the male is on the left and the female is on the right, in the second picture they switched sides. Can anyone see the striping on the males wings, where the female has none-just silvery gray uniform color. Also on the males colored back feathers you can see more striping, than on the female. It is generally a lot easier to tell sex if you have one of each and can compare them to each other.

White x silverpied = 50 % white , 50 % silver pied. This is true only when this white bird is from two silverpied parents.( Such a white peafowl carry two copies of w/e gene besides two white genes.) Important to note
