I thought that they might be large fowl. The rooster is quite a bit larger than my Milie Fluer Rooster but he is smaller than my DH Grey Hatch Rooster.

I am really upset now..... I have bantam's, not large fowl. I need bantam's to go with my bantam ssh hen.

I am proud for your addition to your flock of chickens!!! I have a trio of Silver Spangled Hamburgs and they are beautiful! You will enjoy them-- they are a little more nervous acting thatn most breeds but they will settle down and become babies!!! I will have a few hatching should be 1st week of Dec. Can post pics of mine later today! Mine are standard size. I hope you all have a blessed Thanksgiving!

I had some Hamburg trio earlier this year and gave them away! Bantams of course and they were from Jim's stock.

I will be getting more next spring but they will be pullets or hens. Cant have any roos because I live in city limits.
