Silver Spangleds right? I haven't had them for long but they are my favorite for eggs and looks. Started with a bunch of hatchery birds but through sickness and dogs I only ended up with a trio of adults at the end of the first year. So have to say the ones I started with weren't as hardy as they could have been. They got picked on a lot by the other young birds I had in my flock too. The group I have now is pretty hardy though. They lay consistent, better than my Ameraucanas. They aren't flighty but not the friendliest chickens I have either. Rooster is nice to me. He's not too bad with noise and crowing non-stop. Hens like to "talk" a lot but they aren't loud, I like it. If you want white egg layers that are pretty to look at and not everyone has I'd recommend them.
