I am new to the chicken keeping community. We recently acquired a few chickens that were given to us from a friend. I wanted to share a few photos of their new home. It still needs a bit of work, but they have been in it the during the day for about the past week and until about three days ago when I finished the roof. They have stayed the last three nights in it.

The dimensions are roughly 42Wx72"Lx40"H. It is mostly made from recycled pallet wood. From my research I think it should be ok for up to 4 chickens, although I only plan on keep about 2-3 hens for now.

Please feel free to provide some feedback.

    Thanks.

Here is the opened up views. The roost is to the right and the nest box will eventually go on the left on the boards above the feeder and water.
