I got the plans and they look really easy and it should be pretty inexpensive to build, I think. I wondered if anyone has used this design and what your thoughts were?
One concern I had is that the whole area under the gables is left open for venthilation. I know ventilation is important, but is that going to be TOO much in NW Pennsylvania? (It gets extremely cold (like 0 to 20* F) here in the winter with lots of snow.)
