Somehow I don't think Simple Green will bleach color out of fabric. I have used it full strength on fabrics when all else fails with no bleaching action. I had a nylon tote bag that was loaned to a young person going to Greece. When I got it back, it was streaked all over with black grease and stayed that way for years before I decided to throw it out. On a whim, I sprayed it all over with full strength Simple Green, let it sit a day or so, then washed it and the entire bag came out spotless - still bright aqua blue. I was amazed! Not only do I use it half strength for heavy cleaning, but I keep a lesser strength in the laundry room to pre-treat spots on clothes before I put them in the washer. Good stuff!
