My mom makes the freezer jam from fresh strawberries every year. It is SOOOOO good on hot, homemade biscuits!

You can store it in the fridge for 3 weeks, but if you aren't going to use it you need to freeze it after the 24 hours.....at least that's how the directions in my boxes always read.
 
Wow, why didn't I stumble on this a few days ago when I had all those strawberries go bad! I am going to buy some Sure Jell. Just to have it on hand.
