Since I've added a roo....

I had a couple of eggs recently with red specs of blood and another with something that looked brownish... I collect eggs daily and just added the roo a couple of months ago. Is this a coincidence or is it due to the roo? I have had my hens since last summer and never had any problems with the eggs. I would like to start selling some eggs but dont want to gross people out.

It is probably a coincidence. I've found red spots in eggs from the store before.
