I asked the wife to bring home some cilantro since the wild birds ate all our sprouts.
She brought home 7 or 8 huge bunches.
I've been drying it all day on the wood stove in little batches

. Almost done.

Chickens eat cilantro? I personally do not touch the stuff, I am one of those genetically unfortunate people who only tastes soap. but I guess I could get it for the chickens

My chickens destroyed my bed of corriander, so yep, they do like it - along with almost everything else that i try to grow - that combined with monkeys makes gardening a thing of the past in my garden!
