Singing Black Sex-Links

I have 2 that sing the egg song so loudy, but hasn't laid one single egg.(for a couple weeks now) They're almost 9 months old. Has anyone else have/had this problem?

It's probably the time of year. Any sign of molting?
They need 14 hours of daylight to lay, I supplement in the early morning. Some folks rest their hens in winter.
Sexlinks certainly are loud at laying!
