Single or double barred Chocolate Cuckoo Orps

Correct, all males will be Heterozygous Barred(B/b+) and the females will be Hemizygous(B/-) and the chocolate on your line is Dun based(I^D/i+)

Homozygous Dun I^D/I^D will fade the barring alot
I missed this.
Don't know a lot about dun.
Is the cockerel and the rooster in last pic khaki?

I do not know what lines he came from. I’m too novice to know the difference in Dunn , Khaki or chocolate.

The issue with Dun(I^D) and Barring is that a double barred Khaki male will look too diluted to be called chocolate due to the combined effect of homozygous dun and homozygous barring.

Will using him with the pullets I have yield quality chicks?

He was a very light chick compared to the girls.

I know how it works just wasn't sure how it looked.
What is his cockerel chick? It looks very light in the chick pic. Is it khaki or no?
What is the rooster he posted? Same thing it is really light seems more so then dbl barring would do alone.

I will send in a few hours. It’s easier for me to use snipit to post and I’m not near my computer.
