I have a year old Leghorn hen who I believe has a sinus infection. I ruled out Coryoza because there was no swelling or fowl smell just a runny, stuffy nose. I gave her the meds in her water for almost two weeks now and clean her nostrils a few times daily. Everything else about her is normal. One other thing worth mentioning is I found and treated her and the coop for lice the same day I found the stuffy nose. After two weeks on meds she is still stuffy so I am wondering why? Is there anything else I can give her?

It could be possible that it might be something environmental such as inhaling feed dust, pollen, soiled bedding causing ammonia fumes, pesticides etc....
If it were a respiratory disease, it wouldve spread to your other chickens and they'd most likely be showing the same symptoms by now.
