they are EE's. Same age, everything they eat is the same. One is laying now since the 4th. The other one hasn't laid even one. Is it something to worry about or is she probably ok?

Every hen is differnet. I have 4 siblings and only 1 is laying. Go figure.
It's OK. Even human twins are extremely different!
Being an EE, I will tell you it is perfectly normal for them to NOT lay until much later. That you have one laying is FABULOUS! Mine are both on strike since the end of October....
