I work with computers all day and this site is difficult to navigate. There is nothing intuitive or natural. Maybe time to reconfigure the site to a more modern design and layout? While I realize the more time a person spends here generates the potential for more revenue, but visiting here is so frustrating I rarely visit.

If we completely changed the design of the site, there would almost certainly be more negative feedback than positive feedback. I also have no idea what would even be changed, because nonspecific complaints (such as yours) don't provide any useful information about what actually should be changed.

We're always open to feedback on improvements, especially if you can be specific with examples of what "modern design and layout" means.

We have literally millions of people using the site each month, and while not a perfect platform, we've found that most are able to use the site without issue... and most people with experience navigating social media sites online would find a great deal of the site pretty intuitive and natural.

It always amazes me when people ask for feedback openly and when feedback is given they set certain parameters on the feedback. I think that pretty much sums up the problem with this site. It’s willie Nelly. Y’all need to archive 99% of your content and put current activity at the forefront. Also need to hire a third-party web designer/marketer to help b/c y’all are in over your head. Is that specific enough? I have more it’s it’s not . I wasn’t trying to give y’all a hard time, I just wanted to let you know there’s a lot you could easily do on your end to make it more user-friendly. Don’t be so sensitive dude. You also should ask folks what they don’t like, as opposed how to fix it. Wow....

I'm curious. I'm an IT professional, and I've been using forums and BBSs for decades. What, specifically do you find difficult to navigate here? I'll admit, there are a lot of categories, but that goes along with having a very large community. This site seems to be on par with most forums and easier to navigate than, say, reddit, for example.

Are you viewing the site on mobile or PC? I will admit, that the site doesn't scale well on mobile, but I usually use PC.

I’m personally quite interesting as to what you have trouble navigating in the site? I am also on PC and do find the mobile version is a bit less user friendly. I have tried using Reddit in the past with no success, it hard to navigate and understand. But I find this site natural and easy to use. Is it the way the categories are spread out? The way things are laid out? What about it is confusing?
