Six wk old chick walking strange

I have a six week old Cochin mix chick that has started walking strange. I noticed today when I let chickens out the chick is walking by lifting one leg up much higher than the other. It is almost like it is dislocated or something. Also the chicks head has not feathered out. This is different than any other chicks I have raised.

i have a rooster like that. how old is the bird? if young enough...harvest...i waited too long with my rooster and now he’s a pet.
