Hi all! Just wondering if it's OK to start feeding my beautiful Wyandottes layer pellets/crumble when they are 16 weeks old or should I wait another month?

I usually wait until they lay their fist egg

I use all-flock with oystershell on the side for all but the youngest chicks because I have a mixed-age flock.
