We are on day 7 on incubating our eggs. I looked at the metzer site and when the candling pics, it didn't mention the size of the air cell. The air cell on the majority of my eggs were about the size of a quarter, and a couple it was smaller, more like the size of a dime. Should I adjust my humidity? Or is this pretty on target?

If your only on day 7 your doing good. Leave your humidity where its ment to be (50%) and as the weeks go on the air cell will get bigger. By the time you go into lockdown it should more or less be 1/3 the size of the shell.

You don't have anything to worry about.
The air cell is more important near the end of incubation rather than the beginning as long as they are not detatched.

My goose eggs' air cells were very small as well. They get big rather quickly!
